Is the letter really free?
Yes, completely free. Enter your child's details, generate their letter, and read the full thing on screen at no cost. We'll email you a link so you can come back to it. To print it or give it to your child, choose the $9 illustrated PDF or a $29 letter posted to your door.
Is this AI-generated?
Yes. Each letter is written by AI, trained to write in the warm, magical voice of Santa Claus. Every letter is unique and personalized using the details you provide. We review our prompts carefully to ensure the letters feel genuinely special, not generic.
When will my physical letter arrive?
Physical letters are held until late November, then posted via USPS First Class Mail on the date you choose at checkout (November 22 at the earliest). Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days within the US from that posting date. For the best chance of arriving before Christmas, order and choose a posting date by December 8. We can't guarantee Christmas delivery for any order.
What countries do you ship to?
Physical letters ship within the US only this season. Digital PDFs are available worldwide.
Can I order for more than one child?
Yes. Fill in the letter form once for each child, and each one gets their own fully personalized letter mentioning their name, age, interests, and good deeds. You can then choose a PDF or posted letter for each child separately.
Is my child's information safe?
Absolutely. We take privacy seriously, especially when it comes to children's data. We only collect the information needed to write the letter, and we comply with COPPA. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
